hello, about one year ago i received a notification indicating there was a recall on my vehicle. since then i have spoken to and left several messages with various individuals with the customer services field operations at daimlerchrysler and have yet to be notified regarding my reimbursement. i have also provided all documentation, which was requested and faxed it multiple times over the last 3 months [ xxx]in addition, i have also left messages for joshua, a senior staff personal at daimlerchrysler (ph. 1-800-992-1997 ext. 69643). as a owner of 3 daimlerchrysler vehicles, i must say that i am very disappointed with the lack of customer service i am experiencing. please let me know what measures i need to take to get this resolved. below is specific information regarding my recall: [xxx] [xxx] sincerely yours [xxx] *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6)
